  17. I have recently subscribed to these mailing lists and need some help in 
  18. finding or writing some header files for use with ultramid.  I recently 
  19. downloaded the GUS SDK and have been paying a lot of interest in 
  20. ultramid.doc.  However to compile any of the example programs a few 
  21. header files like ultramid.h and midi.h are needed.  It is possible to 
  22. construct a copy of ultramid.h from the documentation in the sense of 
  23. satisfying compiler errors but i can't get anything to run.  I get a 
  24. few non-portable pointer conversion warnings or suspicious warnings as 
  25. I have not figured out the correct types for all of the header file.  
  26. I'm sure there is also a lot missing.  Can anyone help me or point me 
  27. to a ftp site.  I have looked but been unsuccessful.  Anything to do with 
  28. ultramid would help.
